How we can help
Many questions are about size. If you are unsure, we can talk you through the measuring steps and help you pick between two sizes. We can also suggest a design to suit the person you are buying for.
Gifts are another common question. For example, you may not know whether a Claddagh ring or a trinity knot pendant suits a friend, a partner or a parent. Tell us who the gift is for and the occasion, and we will explain what each symbol means so you can choose with confidence.
You will get a faster answer if you include a few details. A ring size, a budget or a link to a page you have read helps us a great deal. However, do not worry if you have none of these, because we are happy to start from scratch.
If you are buying for someone else, tell us a little about them. Their age, their taste and the occasion all help us suggest a design, and we will say plainly if a piece is unlikely to suit. We would rather give honest advice than make a sale.
We keep your message private and only use it to reply. Our privacy notice explains this in full. If you would rather not use a form, you can still read the guides, because most common questions have an answer there.
