Delivery and Returns
The shop opens in December 2026. This page sets out how delivery and returns will work from then. If anything is unclear, ask us before you order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times are estimates, so we cannot promise a particular date. You will get an email when your order is on its way.
We pack each piece in a gift box, although we cannot promise that a box suits every item. Parcels sent outside the UK may attract import duty or tax, since the country of delivery sets those charges. We do not control them, so please check the rules in your country before you order.
14-day returns
You may return any item in its original, unworn condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it. We will give you a refund or an exchange. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, because UK law already gives you a right to cancel most online orders.
How to return an item
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, using the contact form.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send it back by a tracked or recorded service, such as Royal Mail Tracked.
- Include a note with your name, your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will refund you within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.

Can I return an item I do not like?
Yes. You can return an unworn item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund or an exchange. This sits alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Who pays for return postage?
You pay for return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. We suggest a tracked service, because we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost on the way back to us.
