Terms and Conditions
1. About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made through the UK Celtic Jewellery website once the shop opens in December 2026. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not take away any of your legal rights as a consumer, because the law comes first.
2. Orders and payment
All orders depend on stock and on us confirming the price. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and we will refund you in full if we do. Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment must reach us before we dispatch your goods.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times are estimates, so we cannot promise a particular date. However, we will tell you at once if your order is late. Risk passes to you when the goods arrive. The delivery page lists every service and cost.
4. Returns and refunds
You may return an item in its original, unworn condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund you or exchange it, although the item must reach us in good condition. The delivery page explains the steps to follow.
5. Product descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, so a shade may vary a little. Weights and measurements are approximate.
6. Our content
The text, images and design of this website belong to UK Celtic Jewellery. Please ask before you copy them, since we may be able to help with a licence.
7. Liability
We limit our liability to the price of the goods you bought. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Law
English law governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also use your local courts.
